Heads up! We’re currently booking about three to four weeks out, so the sooner you reach out, the better your chances of snagging your desired date. Four weeks in advance is our sweet spot — it gives us time to pull out all the stops and make your event shine. (And for our Type A planners — yes, Queen, you can absolutely reach out even earlier! The earlier the better, amirite?)

Now, with that said, if you are planning something last-minute, we love a challenge! If we’re already booked, we’ll be upfront about it and, when possible, point you toward other great options.

Please note: We book on a first-come, first-served basis, which means your date and services (bartenders and/or our portable bar) are officially yours once a deposit is in. The party that pays first gets the spot, plain and simple.
